Second Reviews & Denials

QME's:  Are Your Bills Getting Paid?

Does it take 45 to 60 days or more for payment of your medical-legal bills? Are claims administrators denying your AME and QME bills and paying zero? Are you confident you are using the correct codes? In most cases, QME's and AME's do not have to file a lien in order to be paid for your services. Let us help you recover the reimbursement that is owed to you.

Invalid Medical-Legal Denials

If your medical-legal bills are being denied completely for reasons such as "Workers' compensation claim adjudicated as non-compensable" or "Provider not in the MPN" or something similar, you need to contact me immediately. Your AME and QME bills should never be zeroed out and paid nothing.  You do have recourse. I will get you paid now including penalty and interest and in some cases your costs involved in the efforts to collect as well.

Timely Second Reviews & Independent Bill Review

I can prepare your requests for second bill review and independent bill review when you are paid incorrectly.  There are strict timelines established for appeals and providers who fail to meet these timelines waive their right to payment.  It is imperative that you act quickly on incorrectly paid bills.  I will timely appeal on your behalf for all bills in which you have not been paid according to the appropriate fee schedule.
